As the Lead Producer on SNIPERPUNK, I was responsible for organizing our team utilizing a Scrum-based Agile sprint structure, negotiating and working with our publisher TILT games, and communicating the state of the game with the community by writing Developer Blogs to showcase new work done by the team.

QA Lead

Being the QA Lead on SNIPERPUNK meant that I was required to both test the game extensively internally as well as hold regular test sessions both remotely and in-person. Both tasks required me to establish an intent for the test (bug, regression, feature, UX, etc.), establish a hypothesis for what I expect the feedback to entail, proctor testers, and interpret user data to give our designers and programmers actionable feedback.
